Our Mission
To be the source of health care for the residents and visitors of all  Glades  Communities by providing the highest quality of service for general medicine and surgical needs, health education, preventive medicine and early intervention in the course of illness.

Our Vision

• To participate in the development of a model healthcare system for the Glades region, by supporting and strengthening the network of public and private  healthcare providers  in Western Palm Beach County.
• To adapt existing services or add new services to address new and/or unmet healthcare needs in the community.
• To remain financially viable as an institution to support quality healthcare in  accordance with regulatory and licensing agencies.
• To maintain a commitment to a healthcare environment which utilizes the principles and  practices of continuous quality improvement.
